Located directly on the slopes of the cosy ski resort of Annaberg, against a gentle southern slope is located this magnificent holiday home. The decor is spacious (45 m 2), neat and stylish. You lack nothing. You have 2 bedrooms a spacious modern living room with open kitchen and a lovely balcony with lovely views of the surrounding area. You can park your car in the underground garage under the House is located (max 220 cm passage height).

On the first floor of the house you will find the wardrobe and the entrance to the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful Austrian around bench seat at the dining table with a beautiful view over the mountains and slopes. A lazy sofa completes the Interior. The House has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 double bed with bunk bed. Both in the living room as in in bedroom 2 you find a TV. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a 4-burner stove. There is plenty of kitchen utensils, so you can prepare your own meals. In the Hall of the lower entrance is enough space for your skies or snowboard. In the Hall of the stairwell you will find an electric ski boot dryer, so you are assured of warm/dry ski boots every morning.
